Return Policy

if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in new condition, unworn nor washed in its original packaging.  Items not returned in this condition will NOT be accepted and will simply be resent to the customer with shipping charges applied using the original form of payment.  Additional shipping rates will be charged at the time exchanges are shipped back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable **Please note returns are not accepted for COTURA Dresses, Swimwear,Footless Sandals, and Jewelry (Only store credits and exchanges for Cotura Dresses, Only exchanges for swimwear, and final sale for all jewelry and footless sandals). Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for the initial shipment of your order or the return postage in the case of any exchange.  If you have received free shipping on your order, our cost of shipping and handling your purchase will be assessed if any items are returned for a refund or exchange. For swimwear exchange is only for size.
